AstroX Finance – Terms of Use

AstroX Finance is the first multichain meme token creation and livestream platform, enabling users to:

• Create and launch tokens across BSC, Base, and Solana
• Host or participate in livestreams
• Buy, sell, or trade digital goods
• Engage with DeFi and creator-driven tools
• Use platform-based commerce features

To use AstroX, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have full legal capacity to enter into contracts
• Not be barred from using Web3/crypto platforms under UAE or international law
• Not be subject to sanctions, blacklists, or regulatory restrictions

By using AstroX, you agree that you will NOT:

• Use the platform for illegal activities, scams, rug pulls, fraud, or market manipulation
• Publish harmful, defamatory, or explicit content in livestreams
• Launch tokens with misleading or deceptive claims
• Attempt to hack, exploit, or disrupt the platform
• Share your private keys, seed phrase, or wallet access
• Use bots or automation to manipulate engagement or trading

AstroX allows users to create tokens with no coding required. By using this feature:

• You acknowledge that you are the creator and owner of the token.
• You take full legal and financial responsibility for the token’s design, distribution, and marketing.
• AstroX does NOT guarantee token performance, liquidity, listing, or value appreciation.
• AstroX is not liable for losses arising from user-created tokens.

AstroX interacts with multiple public blockchains including BSC, Base, and Solana. You understand and agree that:

• Blockchain transactions are public, permanent, and non-reversible.
• Gas fees, slippage, and network delays are not controlled by AstroX.
• You are responsible for verifying transaction details before signing.

When using AstroX’s livestream or social features, you agree:

• Your content may be publicly visible
• You are responsible for everything you publish
• AstroX may remove or restrict content that violates these Terms
• AstroX may monitor livestreams for moderation and security
• You grant AstroX a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display your content on the platform

AstroX may charge:

• Token creation fees
• Platform service fees
• Trading or transaction fees
• Marketplace or listing fees
• Creator revenue share (where applicable)

AstroX may provide e-commerce or marketplace functionalities. By using them, you acknowledge:

• All purchases are final unless stated otherwise
• AstroX does not guarantee third-party products or creators
• Buyers and sellers are responsible for their interactions
• AstroX is not liable for disputes between users

Using AstroX involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:

• Market volatility
• Smart contract bugs
• Liquidity risks
• Regulatory changes
• Token failure or loss of value
• Permanent loss of funds due to user error

Users may not:

• Launder money or violate AML/KYC regulations
• Use AstroX to promote fraudulent tokens
• Circumvent platform policies
• Impersonate individuals or companies
• Submit malware, exploits, or harmful code
• Engage in wash trading, pump-and-dump schemes, or bots designed to manipulate markets

AstroX owns all platform-related IP, including:

• Branding, logos, UI/UX
• Trade names and trademarks
• Proprietary technology and algorithms
• Platform designs and layouts

AstroX may suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these Terms
• Pose security risks
• Are reported for abuse or fraud
• Engage in suspicious activity

To the maximum extent allowed under UAE law:

• AstroX is not responsible for losses from token use, market fluctuations, livestream content, or user errors
• AstroX does not guarantee performance, uptime, or bug-free operation
• AstroX is not liable for damages resulting from hacking, exploits, or blockchain failures

You agree to indemnify and hold AstroX harmless from:

• Claims arising from your tokens
• Losses caused by your livestream or content
• Breaches of these Terms
• Misuse of the platform
• Violations of UAE or international law

AstroX operates under the jurisdiction of the Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and complies with:

• UAE Federal Data Protection Law (PDPL)
• UAE cybercrime laws
• UAE commercial compliance frameworks

AstroX services are not available to persons or entities who are:

• Citizens, residents, or located in the United States of America (“U.S. Persons”); or
• Located in or ordinarily resident in UN-sanctioned or restricted jurisdictions; or
• Otherwise subject to applicable trade, sanctions, regulatory, or compliance restrictions.

This restriction applies to all AstroX activities, including but not limited to:

• Token creation or deployment,
• Trading or platform interaction,
• Livestream participation,
• Creator Points accumulation,
• Airdrop eligibility,
• Referrals, promotions, or rewards,
• Monetization or creator revenue features.

Attempting to bypass these restrictions through IP masking, VPN usage, proxy routing, false declarations, or intermediary participation is strictly prohibited and may result in:

• Account suspension,
• Transaction blocking,
• Forfeiture of rewards / airdrops,
• Denial of platform access,
• Reporting to relevant authorities.

AstroX does not permit platform use in jurisdictions subject to international sanctions, including but not limited to:

• North Korea (DPRK)
• Iran
• Syria
• Sudan & South Sudan
• Central African Republic
• Democratic Republic of the Congo
• Libya
• Mali
• Somalia
• Yemen
• Myanmar (Burma)
• Eritrea
• Venezuela (sanctioned entities & authorities)
• Belarus (sanctioned entities & individuals)
• Russia (sanctioned entities & individuals)
• Ukraine — Crimea, Donetsk, Luhansk regions

Access may also be restricted in additional high-risk or sanctioned regions pursuant to:

• United Nations Sanctions
• FATF Advisories
• Regional regulatory guidance

AstroX may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted with a new effective date.
